@masonfasco maybe we can have a look at this together as I can't seem to get the same results.

Ok, found the issue @masonfasco . The emissions in the first month where greater than the total allocation for this mechanisms, so it didn't allocate any. I've just changed it to allocate the max row allocation in case it's greater.
