Fix newspaper banner images

Currently, the newspaper generator does not have the banners properly centered. Eventually, it should be cleaned up. Very low priority.

As seen in the above image, the right photo is obviously poorly cropped. This does not match the website. Eventually should be fixed. The size of the image is larger than the space available. Resize it or figure out why there is a discrepancy.

Turns out the flags are also not always aligned. Some math should be done to resize and fit in place
