Added functionality:

Vote on issues
Submit voted option after a configured time
Get daily data dump from
build embeds and a thread for an issue to live in
send the response back from the server

Things that need to still be done

Mainly, the response from the server is in XML and currently, the raw XML is being sent and not a formatted, easy-to-understand response.
