Similar to Automod Sync, but without literally substituting text. Any checks/actions present in the "include" rule will overwrite checks on the library subreddit.

Two options, may only do first one at this stage:

Library at /r/fsvapps, with sample rules defined
Libraries definable by subreddit mods
