Selecting available agents

We need to be able to select the agents that are available at the current time.

• [ ] Write a component that will return the list of currently available agents based on the shift information (at the moment of function execution) You do not need to worry about Zendesk agent information at this moment.

@yagi527 sorry for leaving the comment here so late but the changes to be done are:

• make the csv file have agents in columns and days in rows (so we can have the shifts pre-established for more than a week)
• switch to using .js files (you would have to use new import/export JS syntax instead of require)
• decouple your component functionalities into different 'services' (one service to read csv, another to work on the data)
• your function should return the array of agents that can get the tickets assigned at the moment of function execution
