igdeploy:demo not uploading files #15

It creates the folder, but it won't upload all the files from the project

If I put the files myself beforehand in .tmp/.upload, then they are uploaded

And I just discovered the copy option...

As you probably realised, igdeploy isn't intended for running directly, the idea is to run grunt deploy which runs a sequence of tasks including igdeploy.
