Stop using gh-pages in favour of /docs/ folder on master

Related to #148.

You can now not use gh-pages at all and just tell GitHub to serve docs from a folder in the master branch.

The advantages of this are:

• Removes an entire deployment task
• Ensures documentation is in sync with master branch
• Ships documentation with repo (can be trimmed from packages using .npmignore and bower.json's ignore stanza)

The only requirements are:

• Version control the built documentation
• In the repo config, tell GitHub to use the /docs/ directory
