Taking pictures using front camera force closes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open stock camera app
2. Change to front facing camera
3. Taking the picture will capture, but picture doesn't save and camera force 
closes.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Camera app should stay open and picture should be saved into the gallery.

What revision are you on? (r64, for example)
