Productivity Lockscreen needs to beresized

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Switch lockscreen to productivity
2.Get send a text or a email
3.turn off screen and turn back on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screen is not fitting right and cuts off on the top

What revision are you on? (r64, for example)
r66

Please provide any additional information below.
I am unable to see three notifications at once only ever 2
