Relabel Source/Destination Databases for Clarity #15

Please consider relabeling the following

1. Source Database ---> Reference Database
2. Destination Database ---> Target Database (To be changed)

I agree, the labelling can get very confusing.

Be interesting to see if this is a popular request however, so i won't make the 
change 
just yet.
