If this tool had a command line support it could be used in a
msbuild/deployment environment.

I second this request. Also useful for automation of tasks beyond 
build/deployment like test/validation.

Just wanted to add, the only free (though not open source) tool I find with CLI 
access is xSQL Object (and Data) Compare, Lite Edition. Be nice if more 
free/open source tools offered something similar.

Another option besides CLI support could be API to the tool instead for 
programmatic access.
