Because of the lack of support and visibility regarding the future of BrainVISA, IntrAnat is not a good candidate for the HIP.
We can explore the possibility to generate the CSV files [Ncontacts x Nparcellations] with Brainstorm instead of IntrAnat.
Brainstorm developments needed:
1) Display SEEG electrodes + anatomical atlases
1) Interpolate surface parcellations into the volume (for matching a SEEG contact with surface-based atlases)
1) Import all the volume atlases available from FreeSurfer
1) Import Lausanne atlases from FreeSurfer folders (compatibility with f-tract database)
1) Generate CSV
