OnBotJava page gets stuck on loading screen when trying to open it on a phone.

Hi,

Our team has been having issues opening the OnBotJava editor from our phones (both the robot controller and the driver station). If we try to open it (through "Program & Manage" -> "OnBotJava"), we'll get taken to the loading screen.

The screen simply says "Loading OnBotJava" and "If OnBotJava doesn't load in a few seconds, try:

• Refreshing the page
• Verify in the connection to the robot controller" This page appears even if we are on the robot controller. If it matters, the progress bar gets stuck at around 60% of the way there.

Our phones are ZTE N9130s, and they are running Android 4.4.4

This problem is only with the OnBotJava page, not the blocks editor or any other page.

A solution or fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
