Robot Controller Does not See Rev Expansion Hub #736

Deleted and re-downloaded the FTC App from Google Play Store. Do not have ANY Op modes installed. NOT USING ANDROID STUDIO, only want to use the block programming. The Scan on the RC does not find any devices. Please help.
