[Feature request] Buttons to log out, suspend, restart, and power off

Current Ui requires 3 clicks. Buttons on the task bar make these common tasks one click away. it is better to put them as buttons instead of menu since the point is to get them more accessible

Again, several extensions do that kind of modification (in menu or in panel directly).
