icon size and indicator #73

Thanks for this extension just a suggestion if we can control icon size and also the indicator.

I won't modify icon size since here the goal is to make appear a copy of GS dash. It's technically possible, though. var DASH_MAX_HEIGHT_RATIO = 15; lower this value.

I don't understand what you mean with 'indicator'.
