Add german translation #83

I added the german translation. I think the other *.po files changed, because I called ninja -C .build dock-from-dash-update-po. It seems msgid "Show overview at startup" was missing in those files.

@fthx can you give me an explanation why you closed this? What is wrong?

Nothing! There's simply no more prefs.

@fthx Why is it removed? How to configure the dock now?

There will be at some point a few essential prefs, but I'll keep them in english. ATM there will be some small changes and there's a bug pending. All that for GS 45+ only.
