Entirely optional but in the CONTRIB section of the README you might want to mention https://github.com/hughjonesd/latexdiffr, which runs latexdiff under R along with some fancy stuff to work with quarto & rmarkdown. (And my own bad reimplementation of latexdiff-vc.)
