Hide cursor using CSS #24

If a user opens Big-FT in a browser, it currently will show the cursor. Ideally we would hide the cursor in this scenario.

The cursor is visible on the displays in reception and lift lobbies. We can resolve this by hiding cursors on this website and by hiding cursors inside the Screens application.
