Document use of events in the form `before setup` #70

https://github.com/ftlabs/fruitmachine/blob/master/docs/events.md doesn't mention the firing of 'before setup', 'before render', etc., even though they're used in the Helper example (https://github.com/ftlabs/fruitmachine/blob/master/docs/module-helpers.md).
