Add links, gh-pages index #63

I found it a little time consuming for random passers-by such as myself to browse your experiments so I added some links and a basic index.

Hi. Yes. We are home. But weren't expecting someone looking that closely at our crufty experiments, so the PR passed us by.

have incorporated your nudge into the README page (adding links to most of the pages) but not added the index.html page (since Github's default is good enough and means not having to edit two pages when there is a new project...)

Didn't realize there was a default index! I guess github snuck this in as a new feature at some point.
