Add small chart to contrast area to give more detail #71

The existing a11y section lacks, much detail and a simple it's okay/not okay is inadequate for detailed view as most of the page could be great but some elements may be terrible. A graph lets one see just how bad the bad elements are.

I also removed the automatic console logging of bad elements.

It looks great, but I'm unsure what the values on the Y and X axis actually mean.

Moved the graph into it's own page.

I have also pushed up some fixes to the contrast working out algorithm.
