Can stop it running automatically on FT.com domains, can make it run automatically on non-ft domains.

I think that we should have some way of surfacing which domains have been enabled/disabled. Imagine, somebody had disabled 50 domains and then decided that, actually, that wasn't a smart thing to do. They would have to remember the domains they had disabled insights on, visit a page on that domain and then re-enable each one.

Perhaps we could have some sort of list with a toggle per domain that would provide and overview of the domains enabled/disabled.

I don't consider this a blocking issue, just something to consider.
