Migrate from bower to npm #130

hello FT Labs! It's me, chee rabbits!

I've noticed this repository still uses bower, and have opened this issue so we can track migration progress.

Origami's support for bower ends on July 2022.

The migration guides are available in the announcement.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask the Origami Team in #origami-support.

This project also uses Origami via v2 of the build service, which is also being shut down in July.
