Update license info #12

Hi. Great project. Kudos the work so far. However it does not look to be in active development. Also, I did not see any kind of open source license assignment. It would be great if you included what type of open source license model applies to this project.

Calling a project such as this finished is almost impossible. Currently it is dormant as the machine would theoretically work, while I do life stuff. I have added a license.
