Sync button doesn't maintain the DELAY component order

When using the sync button, this sequence

for 3 barcode acquisitions, results in:

[BARCODE][BARCODE][BARCODE] [DELAY][ENTER] [DELAY][ENTER] [DELAY][ENTER]

It doesn't work when the component value is set to "" (default).
