Auto Link Text does not always work #2

Seems to happen mostly when the app starts and opens existing tabs. It also seems like the current implementation of Auto Link Text takes longer to run, and the moment when links get replaced is noticeable.

These problems didn't exist in the original implementation.

Potentially connected to the note cache and note resolution code.
