App doesn't turn off/release udp control when exiting #4

If I close the program with the instance enabled or disabled it is not turning WLED back off and WLED webpage still says under udp control.

When the app quits, each instance (be it WLED or Lenovo keyboard) triggers the unload() function. This should now work correctly. Unfortunately we can't detect when it is forced closed. This should work as expected now
