Update Bootstrap and Bootswatch themes to v5.2.2 #4

Bootstrap updated to v5.2.2 https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/releases/tag/v5.2.2

But I am waiting for Bootswatch theme update. https://github.com/thomaspark/bootswatch

After the Bootswatch theme is updated, I propagate it to Strapdown.js.
