Enhancement: Smooth focus during movie shooting #56

Hello,

it is great that it is possible to manually focus during movie shooting. 
However, focusing using preset points is too quick and focusing using step 
buttons is too "steppy" since you cannot achieve fast enough click rate. :)

Would it be possible to introduce smoother one-click focus (many quick small 
steps?) to a preset points (distances). What would be even better if you could 
have more preset focus points (distances) than just two and being able to 
specify for each of them how quickly to focus it.

If you need more explanation, let me know, I can prepare more thorough design.
