Removed build.md and installation.md files, added contents of build file to Readme.md. Contents of installation file are redundant. Adjusted content to fix errors in file paths/spelling and to elaborate further on how to use vrpathreg utility. Also added small blurb on how to disable controller emulation at the end of the readme for those who don't want to use that feature.
