No video streams working

Describe the bug

When I create a WebRTC card it's saying can't get URL for camera name

When I look at the disabled fields in diagnostics it's saying stream URL, stream status etc.. are all unavailable, is there anything I need to do to enable this.

To reproduce

Create a YAML using the example code and changing the default camera name to the name of one of mine.

Expected behavior

Video stream to work

Additional information

Go to Settings -> System -> Repairs -> Click on 3 dots (...) -> System Information and get Version and Installation Type to below fields;

• Home Assistant Installation Type (OS - Supvervised - Core):
• Home Assistant Core Version: Latest
• Eufy Security Add-on Version: Latest
• Eufy Security Integration Version: Latest

Hardware Information;

• Camera Model: S330 cams and doorbell and dual cam S350 all connected to a homebase 3

• Live Streaming Protocol (RTSP/P2P): I presume RTSP?

• Debug Logs from Home Assistant

Any way I can send this securely as it has product serials etc..

I am having the same trouble for floodlight cam 2 pro. I have the device installed successfully. First I had live visual but without sound. Now the visual is gone also.
