Thanks for detailed issue, i will take a look today.
Can you share exact serial number of working and non working locks?
Sure thing! The working lock is T8520Q25224507E8, and the non-working lock is T8520Q25221200C0.
If you look at the logs, you see that add-on cannot connect to your problematic lock and it seems like a network issue. If you think there is no network issue and all is working fine with the app, I advice you to check with bropat over eufy-security-client to debug further.

Describe the bug
I have two T8520N locks, one on the front door and one on the garage door. The front door works fine, and is very responsive on Home Assistant. The garage door previously worked, but with the latest update of the integration (7.0.4), the garage door no longer responds. I can see it in Lovelace as an entity, and the integration shows it as available, but the commands to lock or unlock don't work. I have tried factory resetting the lock and reinstalling it into the Eufy app. The lock works fine in the Eufy app, just not on Home Assistant.
To reproduce
Start Home Assistant, try to lock or unlock the entity.
Expected behavior
The entity should respond as the other identical entity does.

Would you share your device with me in case further debugging required? (Yes/No): Yes
Additional context
Both locks previously worked well. As mentioned above, I have factory reset the problem lock without fix. Both locks currently work fine in the Eufy app. I have checked my router, and verified both locks are connected to Wifi and have a strong connection. I can ping both.
