Via docker tests in travis.

In noticing Precise build failures becoming fixed by adding the sudo package, I will be running a test on RedHat given the package is available now. Unfortunately the reason why so many packages could be missing is the fact sudo isn't installed.

Path forward for now is:

Add sudo to the top of the installation packages.
Reopen RedHat24 tests
Test
Revert (if required)
Post-pone (if required)

So that idea failed, back to the drawing board...

Tests were introduced in 04bce3616a7822df8f44c49f79e4431dda8ac4d7 I've forked the original Docker builds and fixed the unzip problem.
