Minor improvements #141

Primary focus is to resolve #136

Add support for Ubuntu 19.10
Add support for Ubuntu 20.04
Add support for Arch
Streamlines some Distribution properties, taking better advantage of these and allows for overrides. This is one change required before Arch could be supported.

Note that cmd/full_test.go needs a lot of attention, so as an interim result we are ignoring these failures in CI for now.
