Add a --working-copy flag to drush make for site builds, but not rebuilds. #18

Rebuilding a codebase as intended would not include .git folders, but a build would because they're intended for development.

a --working-copy flag would defer all of this, even make it configurable to anybody who so desires.

Fixed in a7b018fdcb175bf2cf2d93f1a793152d8a980241, unfortunately the commit message is bad.
