Temporary directory not writable #22

The default directory for a built site is not created, a given private files directory should be created as a part of the process and in the event this is isolated, the private files and/or the temporary files directory should also be created. (defaults should be parsed)

Use case: sites/SITE/files/private/temp

So as it turns out this 'problem' is inherited from the environment I'm accustom to. I'll be working on some drush commands to be made available on installation of public/private/temp file systems

I've reduced this into something stupidly simple.

a *Command function to execute drush vset
a *Site function to create the specific folder
changed binaries to be compatible with changes.
