Postponing again, I see near zero importance where go tests are passing.

Travis tests should:

include golang role.
go get dvm
ensure a drush version is available in the fixed location - install a version, set a default.
- composer?
go test $GOROOT/bin/src/github.com/fubarhouse/dvm/... - working.
