Prefer dynamic version lookup #72

Remove static valued arrays of version numbers and introduce dynamic legacy versions. It'll be based off git tags on drush/drush - newer versions do not suffer the same way.

Though nobody uses legacy versions - ever - it's still a good feature to have.
