2.0 isn't yet the default because in doing that the Ansible role will break.
Work on 2.1 cannot really be done until this is done - and it'll mean updating the cached role where I'm working as well. So, this task is quite urgent.

[x] Update ansible role to ensure it checks out the shell version
[x] Do not continue until all 2.1 tasks are complete.
[x] Update ansible golang role to support the 20 standard platforms.
[ ] Update Ansible drush role to use the Go rewrite.
