Name Generator #5

Create command to generate a random Name, while taking in consideration the given parameters e.g. !random_name Tulamide --> Hahmud ibn Najara

To be able to do this, we need to gather the data from Aventurische Namen, and check how we could implement this feature for all languages. I think it should work by just translating the Keywords, like Tulamide, and keeping the names from Aventurische Namen

This project would be way to big to translate to english, sadly. Since !namegenerator is implemented, the scope of this issue is complete
