ERROR : 'hallo' requires a different Python: 3.9.5 not in '<4.0,>=3.10' #122

While in the installation, a red error message appears says:

ERROR: Package 'hallo' requires a different Python: 3.9.5 not in '<4.0,>=3.10'

Although I checked the Python version, and it is 3.10.11 .. Why that? And any idea how to solve it?
