Bring latest fixes to master #244

  1. ENS searches are now case insensitive
  2. avoid searching for empty string
  3. Fix partially escaped IPFS URLs

I've tested all fixes on the dev deployment, but please give them a go as well.

Since these are rather minor fixes, I don't think this needs a bigger announcement?
