Yeah I was wondering about that too. But then I saw that the snapshot tools out there go far beyond that, i.e. offering to do this for a whole collection, at a certain point in time etc. So for those people, that's not really an option (clicking through all of them and exporting a csv each) - but sure, others might find the easy export for a single NFT handy.
What some people do for their holders is mint an NFT an X amount of times which can act like a pass for future air drops. So they could just go to lexplorer and get the current holders a little easier than clicking through the pages
