Volume adjustment hotkeys (request) #41

Would it be possible to add hotkeys for raising / lowering music volume specifically?

Done! For the sake of not taking up 6 different keys on the keyboard, they'll be left unset initially, but you should be able to find them in Minecraft's key binding menu once 1.3 is out! Very very close
