Empty, unnamed playlist #44

When I loaded up Playlist v1.3 for the first time, there was (in addition to the usual Default playlist) an unnamed and completely empty playlist. Seems unintended. See here:

Hm, I'm not able to replicate this on my end - was this a clean install of Minecraft, or upgraded from a previous version that already had Playlist before?
