Hi Josh,

You need to accept the invitation to join the Fuel Champions GitHub organization that was sent to you last week. I resent it again today. You should see it in your GitHub notifications, and also received an email to the same effect from GitHub. You can also click on your profile picture from GitHub's website, and then click on Your Organizations and from there you'll find the invite to the Fuel Champions organization. Once you have accepted it, you will be able to join the Discussions from the main page of the organization at https://github.com/fuel-champions.
