Fix quick installation #739

get.fuelphp.com/oil does not work now, because it redirects to https://....

I hope https://fuelphp.com/docs/ is also updated.

The main docs get updated on release, for now the changes will be on https://fuelphp.com/dev-docs/

If a new user sees the official docs (probably most users don't see dev-docs), he/she can't install Fuel according to the quick installation.

I think it is a major bug in the docs, so I hope it is updated as soon as possible.

I've cherry-picked the PR into 1.8/master: https://github.com/fuel/docs/commit/6297ae5fcfdd4e546c31cdd56a5be7b44abfe02d

The website sould automatically update tonight (GMT).
