Return the value of $this->send() so information can be passed back from... #30

Some drivers that use third party services may return a token or message ID, this allows them to be passed right back to the controller.

This must be untested. This will break every driver there currently is in the package. I can imagine it returning $this->_send() ... maybe that's what you were going for?
