Add support for --testsuite testing #228

Test single testsuites with --testsuite option:

php oil test --testsuite=app
php oil test --testsuite=core

Thanks for the fast merge. I recommend that you mention the functionality in the documentation. I have not written the documetation, because english is not my main language.

@Art4 Don't worry. English is not main language for many of us. If we write too bad documentation, someone who is good at English would correct.
